On Friday Queen B revealed that she has been named an international brand ambassador for cosmetics giant, Revlon.

The post read, "Proud to announce… I'm now a Revlon GLOBAL brand ambassador…. My new Colourstay campaign was shot in New York and will launch on April 2nd 2016…. Look out for it!! From Africa to the WORLD!!"

Our E-SA reporters together with Queen B’s fans were so excited about the good news until Revlon’s communication manager Michelle Stevens came out to dispute Bonang’s post and said "At this stage there are no plans to launch a global campaign with Bonang."

This left us confused and disappointed, however Queen B's PR manager, Pumza Nohashe has set the record straight, explaining what happened.

"Ms Matheba has enjoyed a great three year relationship with Revlon SA and was very honoured when the brand came back to renew their partnership, specifically, as per the agreement extending her territory of endorsement, an official announcement to follow in due course."

Good news is that the South African star is allegedly in talks to buy the rights for a big US TV lifestyle show, isn’t that great?..
