Singer, actress, and entertainer Chloe Bailey has opened up about one of the most painful moments in her dating life, revealing how she discovered a former partner had been unfaithful. Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, she shared that she first began receiving warning signs through social media. Fans occasionally sent her direct messages claiming her boyfriend was cheating, while others even contacted her godmother to share their concerns. It wasn’t until she found physical evidence inside her own home that she knew something wasn’t right.
Bailey revealed that she came across a hair tie and an eyelash extension that she immediately knew did not belong to her. Instead of confronting her partner straight away, she decided to stay calm. She took a photo of the eyelash extension and sent it to her godmother, whom she described as the voice of reason in her life. Laughing about the situation, Bailey admitted her younger sister Halle Bailey probably would’ve encouraged a much more dramatic reaction.
However, Chloe had other plans. “I still wanted my night of cuddles,” she joked, admitting she waited until the following morning before bringing it up. She even laughed at herself, calling the decision “toxic.” The next day, Bailey walked into the bathroom with the eyelash extension and pretended she had only just discovered it.
