South African talent Karabo Mareka has been named an ambassador for Savage X Fenty, the global lifestyle brand founded by Rihanna. The announcement marks a milestone moment for Mareka, best known as Miss South Africa 2nd Runner-Up (2025), whose journey now includes representing one of the artist’s most celebrated ventures.
“This is one of those moments you dream about but never quite let yourself expect,” said Mareka. “Rihanna has been an inspiration to me for as long as I can remember, and to now be part of something she built is surreal.”
The campaign sees Mareka featured across Savage X Fenty’s digital platforms. 140 Media Group, the international talent management boutique agency representing Mareka, is leading the rollout of accompanying content across her own channels.
