UK soul sensation Keisha White is set to bring her timeless voice to the Malibongwe Arts Festival: Tribute to Women 2025, making this year’s Women’s Month celebration a truly international affair.
Known for hits like “The Weakness in Me” and “Don’t Care Who Knows”, Keisha’s return to South African soil marks a major highlight for fans of smooth R&B and classic soul. Her powerful vocals and emotionally rich performances are expected to light up the Mark’s Park stage in Emmarentia on Sunday, August 24, alongside a powerhouse line-up of local legends.
Taking the stage with her are some of South Africa’s finest: the iconic Thandiswa Mazwai, ethereal songbird Ami Faku, the ever-energetic Makhadzi, harmony masters The Soil, and crowd favourites Lloyiso and Mi Casa.
What's your hot take on this story?
From 9am to 6pm, Tribute to Women promises a full-day experience of rhythm, reflection, and female-led excellence — a soulful celebration that honours the artistry, strength, and diversity of women in music.
This year’s edition also welcomes a new chapter of purpose and impact under the leadership of Dr. Criselda Kananda, appointed as the official Ambassador and Chairperson of the Malibongwe Arts Festival Foundation. Her vision is clear: to amplify women’s voices not only on stage, but in society at large.
