The neighbour, Ronnie Taylor, told TMZ that Ritchson struck him “at least four times” while he was on the ground, leaving him bruised and swollen. Video of the altercation, which reportedly occurred around noon, is now circulating online. Two children, believed to be Ritchson’s, were nearby on motorbikes when the fight took place.

Taylor said the tension began the day before. On 21 March, he claimed Alan Ritchson, 43, was riding through the quiet neighbourhood on a green Kawasaki dirt bike at high speed, revving loudly and disturbing the peace. Taylor admitted he responded with a rude hand gesture as the actor passed and said Ritchson returned the gesture. No physical altercation occurred at that time.
The next day, around noon, Ritchson came through again. This time he had two young children with him, each on their own motorbike. Taylor told TMZ he walked out and confronted the actor. He said he asked Ritchson, ‘Can you stop this, please,’ using profanity in the exchange. Taylor claims the conversation broke down almost immediately.
Taylor said the confrontation escalated quickly and turned physical within moments.
He told police that Alan Ritchson punched him in the face and kicked him. During the altercation, Taylor claimed the actor fell off his bike, got back up, and attempted to run him off, leading to a second struggle. He further alleged that Ritchson struck him in the back of the head.
