Banyana Banyana have kept their hopes of qualifying for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup alive after securing a place in the FIFA Play-Off Tournament.
The South African women’s national team will now have another opportunity to fight for a spot at next year’s global showpiece in Brazil following their latest achievement at the 2026 CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
