“Impicabadala” takes its name from the isiZulu term for a profound mystery that even elders find hard to explain. The track delves into life’s struggles, the frustration of unacknowledged talent, and the envy and criticism that often accompany success; highlighting how one person’s setback can pave the way for another’s ascent.

The song is a striking and thought-provoking collaboration between Msheke Lezinto, McLeeMcKrazy, Carnival King, Nandi Ndathane, and featuring Sinny Man’Que. The song’s rhythm, exploration and title were intentionally applied drawing deeply from isiZulu expression.

Through emotive storytelling and compelling musicality, the song reflects on the hardships many talented individuals face when their gifts go unrecognized due to jealousy, criticism, and societal judgment. It speaks to the painful reality that while one person struggles or falls, another may rise or benefit from that very downfall.
