New Gen Podcast Gets Sued for R1 Million

Social media influencer Naqueeda has served the New Gen podcast crew with documents, stating that the podcast has defamed her and her character.

After the hosts of the podcast shared some unpleasant statements regarding Naqueeda, her lawyers sent a cease and desist to the crew. The statements included accusations of her harboring money that had been acquired illegally and that her ventures are illegitimate. Furthermore, allegations that she made the money through selling her body.

The podcasters continued to make these defamatory statements about Naqueeda, and she decided to take legal action. As a result, Naqueeda is suing the podcast for R1 million.

One of the hosts of the podcast is none other than her former partner, Bruce. Bruce also contributed to the conversation and commented in agreement with the false statements being made about Naqueeda. Currently, the podcast still has not removed the content made in defamation of Naqueeda’s character and the story is still ongoing.
