More legal trouble is brewing for The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell’s ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, who has reportedly been arrested on a felony theft charge.
Kelli Ferrell’s ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, was arrested on Tuesday in Georgia and taken into custody on a felony charge of theft by taking, according to online records. It looks like the alleged incident happened back in November.
Kelli and Mark are currently locked in a legal battle over child support. Last year, he was briefly jailed after Kelli alleged he had fallen behind on payments, but he was released after settling the outstanding balance.
