Rihanna is making her long-awaited return to music with a brand-new song titled “Friend of Mine”, set to drop this Friday.
The track will feature on the official soundtrack for the upcoming Smurfs animated movie, adding a star-powered touch to the family-friendly film.
This marks Rihanna’s first musical release since 2022’s emotional ballad “Lift Me Up”, which was featured on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack and earned her an Academy Award nomination.
