The reality TV personality and mom of five took to Instagram to celebrate the one-week mark since undergoing an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as part of what she’s proudly calling her “Mommy Makeover.” The cosmetic procedure, which she says is part of a deeply personal journey of self-love and healing, marks a new chapter in her relationship with her body.

“It’s been 7 days since my abdominoplasty procedure. However, I look in the mirror and I’m like DAMN gal. Even I wasn’t ready for this snatchness,” she wrote in a caption, flashing her trademark humour along with a glowing video update.

While still in the early stages of recovery and dealing with some post-surgery swelling, Nozipho says she’s already in love with the results—and more importantly, with herself.

In an earlier, emotional Instagram video, the entrepreneur opened up about what led her to take the leap and go under the knife.

“After having my last three children and going through a lot, I struggled with loving myself,” she said. “My confidence went down the drain, so I thought—why not do the outer and inner work on myself at the same time?”

The decision wasn’t about vanity, she explained, but about reclaiming her body and confidence after years of emotional and physical changes that came with motherhood, weight gain, and personal challenges.

“Not exercising as often as I should have. A lot of insecurities I had. I decided to take the plunge, be brave, and do what I always wanted to do—work on my body and myself.”
