Bonang Matheba continues to prove to naysayers exactly why she is South Africa’s media darling. Queen B has become the first South African woman to have a stand-alone cover on GQ South Africa.
GQ revealed on their social media pages on Thursday, that Matheba is the cover girl for their #ThePowerIssue this September. “Presenting @bonang_m for #ThePowerIssue this September. The first ever South African woman to front the stand-alone cover of #GQSouthAfrica, @bonang_m discusses the role of power in the year of the woman, divulges her hopes for the future and reveals what you’ll never hear her talk about. #GQxBonang,” GQ captioned a photo of the cover.”
Bonang also has gone onto share the good news on her twitter page with her followers; she tweeted, “what a moment!!! What a life!! What an awesome God I serve”
Needless to say, after she shared her piece of good news the hashtag GQxBonang, has been trending. Bonang has ensured that 2018 is a very successful year, in april she hosted the Global Gift Neslon Mandela Centenary Dinner in London and in May she hosted the Miss South Africa event at the Sun Arena at Times Square in Pretoria.
