It has been announced that Pearl Thusi will be leaving the Live Amp show on SABC 1. Her last show will be on the 04 March 2016; the official statement announcing the news was released by the SABC.

Pearl Thusi who has hosted Live Amp for the past three years alongside co-host DJ Warras, says she is excited about what the future holds and she is looking forward to it.  She thanked her fans for their love and support.  “I will miss my family at Live AMP and Urban Brew a lot, they have been a real force in my life and I will treasure the time spent with them. I am looking forward to working on some unbelievable projects,” she said.

Recently, Pearl Thusi was suspended from her Metro FM radio show with her co-presenter, for allegedly insulting fellow Metro FM presenter Bonang Matheba live on their show by the SABC.
