Following their successful first season, DSTV has announced that the Mandla and Lexi reality TV show will be returning for a second season. Mandla Hlatshwayo is the winner of Big Brother Mzansi Season 1 in 2014, the couple met on the show.
The couple, met and hooked up in the Big Brother house and have been together ever since. Given the fact that the couple has been together for two years now, will surely leave fans wondering if whether there will be talks of marriage and or children in the cards in this season. However the pair remains tight-lipped about where the relationship is headed in this season. We guess if you want to see any development on their relationship front you will just have to patiently wait to watch the show, which airs on Wednesday, 13th July 2016.
Lexi said of the second season of the show: "The audience has fallen in love with our journey, but season 2 may have some surprises in store for viewers as there's also a strong focus on the two of us as individuals this time round."
Head of reality for local talent entertainment channels, Sphumelelo Sibeko, also had this to say about the upcoming Mandla and Lexi season two: "Reality formats are extremely popular on our TV screens and Mzansi Magic always aims to bring viewers the best. Mandla and Lexi season 1 was well received by our viewers, so why not bring the most talked about couple back for a second season?"
We definitely cannot wait to see what this couple have in store for us in the second season of their reality lives and relationship.
