    BRUTAL FRUIT CLOSES SHE-BEEN CAMPAIGN IN STYLE

    The woman-centric brand, Brutal Fruit Spritzer, for the whole month of August went all out to make sure that women felt free and safe while out and about and having fun. The campaign has come to an end since women’s month has also finished.

    According to Candice van den Bosch who is the Acting Head of Brand at Brutal Fruit Spritzer, the beverage created a space for SHE to BE free, comfortable, inspired and her authentic self.

    The establishment of SheBeen camed from the company’s brand proposition of ‘You Belong’, seeking to promote women’s joy, belonging and freedom, without any hesitation or interference.

    SheBeen was launched on Wednesday the 9th August 2023 at the revamped RockerFella in Molapo in Soweto. The General Manager for the establishment, when asked how the change has affected the business, Lerato Maphosa told Entertainment SA that: “the whole point was not to check their revenue numbers and stats, it was all for women. It was all for women. Everything that was happening was for women, by women. It was the first of its kind in the country and women loved it and they don’t want it to stop.”

    Maphosa also revealed that now that the campaign is over, the establishment will go back to being RockerFella, however, they don’t want to stop the women only bar on the 31st of August, so they have plans in the pipeline to have more women only events. She said: “we saw that women love this and they are hungry for this space, so we don’t want to deprive them of it. So once in a while, we will definitely have women only events and go back to what SheBeen started.”

    The closing night was filled with beautiful women and it was a fun evening headlined by the amazing entertainer and DJ, Lamiez Holworthy.
