The media personality, entrepreneur and Mental Health Advocate Sophie Ndaba graced the panel discussion of The Hollywood Foundation and KZN Children’s Hospital Trust for a Mental Healthy Day.
The Hollywood Foundation worked alongside the KZN Children’s Hospital Trust to host the event that was dedicated to addressing the critical issue of mental health stigma and promoting access to mental health resources. It took place on the 10th of October at the KZN Children’s Hospital.
According to a media statement, the event was meant to be a catalyst for positive change in the community, and this event was all about shedding light on the often-misunderstood topic of mental health, by hosting host a series of conversations aimed at demystifying the stigma associated with mental health conditions.
Alongside the great Sophie Ndaba, were prominent Mental Health experts, who offered invaluable perspectives and expertise.
