Fans of award-winning artist Makhadzi became concerned when the singer posted that she was ending her life.
The since deleted post read: “I am now ending my life for good. RIP to myself. Please don’t call me no one will answer.”
After that very concerning post, Makhadzi moved on with her life like she didn’t just shock everyone. Her posts were around her gigs and it was business as usual.
Her manager, Lucky Tshilimandila, spoke to the media and confirmed that the singer is taking care of her wellbeing.
“She has been busy all year long, and it’s a matter of fatigue and just needing rest,” the management shared. “Right now she is getting some rest. She is in contact with a medical specialist and is taking things easy.”
“She is a hardworking perfectionist who doesn’t like to disappoint her fans. But she is okay, taking a day or two off and just resting and putting her mental wellness first,” her manager added.
