The SA Rugby awards are happening tonight

Picture this: five titans from the Rugby World Cup-winning Springbok squad in France – Pieter-Steph du Toit, Eben Etzebeth, Siya Kolisi, Frans Malherbe, and Damian Willemse – were put in the spotlight as nominees for the prestigious SA Rugby Men’s Player of the Year Award for 2023. With Etzebeth expected to defend his hard-earned title from last season, the competition is set to be nothing short of epic.

The contenders, chosen by both media representatives and influential figures within the governing body, were revealed later last year. Tonight, 14th March, the winners across all nine categories will be crowned.
