According to Bang Showbiz Ray J is considering legal action against Kanye West over his ‘Famous’ video.

Kanye got tongues wagging when he dropped the controversial music promo, which features was lookalikes of the singer. Ray Jay previously dated Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian and infamously appeared in a sex tape with her.

Not only was Ray Jay on the music promo but other famous celebrities were included, Taylor Swift, Donald Trump and Caitlyn Jenner to name a few.

Ray J is furious about being shown in the video and is considering legal action.

His business manager, David Weintraub, told heat magazine: "We're talking about potentially doing something.

"Because there's too many times Kanye has done this, and you can't really continue to use people's likeness without either compensation or clearance.

"It seems to be becoming an issue – this is like the fourth time in six months he's done this.

"We haven't really worked anything out. There were kind of discussions but it's getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything"

As expected, Kanye doesn’t seem fazed by the backlash he’s received and recently challenged all those featured in the video to try and sue him.

He wrote on Twitter: "Can somebody sue me already #I'llwait (sic)."
