Bad gal Riri is definitely back with a bang this festive season. Rihanna has been spotted a couple of times rocking a curly mullet when she returned home to Barbados for the holidays.
The fashion mogul, singer and actress has also been posting on her Instagram page having her mullet in a cherry bikini accessorized with two — rather strategically placed — tiny Chanel bags.
Rihanna debuted the punk rock look on Sept. 25 in a behind-the-scenes teaser video for her upcoming Savage x Fenty Vol. 2 fashion show on Amazon Prime Video’s YouTube account. Although we didn’t get to see much of her new look, this is exactly the push we needed to hop on board the hairstyle trend once and for all. (We can’t stop staring at those shaggy bangs.)
It’s not the first time that Rihanna has chopped her hair in a mullet. Way back in 2013, the star already stepped out with a retro mullet, complete with a Mohawk tail and she also wore a mullet at her Savage x Fenty Show Vol 2 in October 2020.
