The Real Housewives of Johannesburg is back after a three-year hiatus. The reality show will introduce new cast members.
The last season, which aired in 2020, was full of drama, and the final reunion had us on our toes with so much tension, conspiracy, and cheating accusations.
Mpumi Mophatlane was in the spotlight as Brinnette accused her of cheating on her husband. Mrs. Mops, on the other hand, does not appear to be returning this season to address the unanswered questions.
Christall Kay, Brinnette Seopela, Mpho Merriweather, Mpumi Mophatlane and Tarina Patel will not be coming back this season. Lebo JoJo Mokoena, Lethabo Mathatho will be returning to our screens.
The reality has seen more drama to rival the South African Telenovelas not only in front of the camera but behind the scenes too.
It was reported that DJ Tira’s wife, Gugu Khathi was to join the show but never made it to our screens as she was fired from the show. The news was reported by The Citizen, alleging that Gugu, Brinnette, and Christall got into a fight resulting to them being canned from the reality show.
Phil Mphela, entertainment commentator took to social media to announce the return of the Real Housewives of Johannesburg with a new cast.
“Real housewives of Jozi returns, the Real Housewives of Johannesburg is currently in production and it is out with the season two cast and in with the new faces for season 3. Our sources inform that actress Nicole Watson has joined the cast, also coming into the show is entrepreneur Thobekile Mdlalose. Businesswoman, Keabetswe Marema and YouTuber Mamuskoka [sp] .Obvs, we are sad to see our faces from last season not returning but what do you think of our ladies,” The Entertainment Alert.

Returning from season two, Lethabo LeJoy Mathato and Lebo Jojo Mokoena. The new cast members include content creator and vlogger Mamus Koka, businesswoman and elusive figure Marelli Bentley, Nicole Watson and wife, mother and businesswoman Thobekile Mdlalose.
