The domestic airline, LIFT, has been honoured with the title of ‘Best New Airline Brand, South Africa’ for 2023 by Global Brands Magazine (GBM). This global recognition acknowledges LIFT’s dedication to excellence and innovation within the aviation industry.
The Global Brand Awards, conducted annually by Global Brands Magazine, aim to highlight companies that stand out for their exceptional service and distinctive vision. LIFT’s achievement in securing the ‘Best New Airline Brand, South Africa’ distinction was the result of a comprehensive evaluation process carried out by an external research team, which assessed over 18,000 companies.
Global Brands Magazine emphasized that LIFT earned this accolade due to its exceptional commitment to innovation, quality, branding initiatives, performance, and the delivery of a unique and innovative airline experience in South Africa.
Jonathan Ayache, CEO of LIFT, expressed pride in the airline’s recognition, stating: “LIFT’s achievement in securing this award is a testament to our exceptional team and the world-class service they offer within our dynamic airline industry. Celebrating its third anniversary, LIFT attributes its success to a commitment to flexibility, including hassle-free changes and cancellations. The airline has expanded its services, currently offering up to 28 flights per day, tripling its number of flights since 2021.
LIFT’s success has been driven by a focus on the traveler experience, emphasizing top-notch service and providing an array of free in-flight amenities.
