Mzansi Magic’s The River Season 3 is ending on a shocking note with news that will change the show’s storyline, iHarare can confirm.
Sindi Dlathu may be leaving the show, only for her onscreen role as she begins her journey as a producer.
She joins her employers, Phathu Makwarela and Gwydion Beynon behind the scenes as the show’s producers for season 4, hence, rumour has it that her role may be getting killed off as season 3 comes to and end.
Entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela also confirmed the news that The River’s season 3 ending will shock many.
He cautioned many to expect major shocking news in a tweet this Monday morning;

While Phil’s tweet may not be confirming the publication’s source on Sindi Dlathu leaving the show, his comment when interacting with his followers prove this development may be in cards for the show.
Late last year, Phathu Makwarela announced that Sindi Dlathu had been roped on as one of the producers of The River.
This after Sindi Dlathu also revealed that she was the voice behind the show’s theme song.
Her behind the scenes features on the show have been noticeable since the show’s inception.
Her journey as the lead actress for the show may be coming to an end, rumour alleges.
