Heartfelt condolences are flooding in for Big Brother Mzansi (BBMzansi) contestant Liema following the loss of her grandmother.
As per updates shared on Liema’s social media platforms, her grandmother passed away on Tuesday, February 13th.
Liema didn’t take the news well.
“With heavy hearts, we confirm the passing of Liema’s beloved grandmother, which occurred on Tuesday.
“She played a significant role in Liema’s life, and her presence will be deeply missed. We pray for her eternal peace,” read a statement on her social media account. Condolences for Liema have become a trending topic on X as fans unite to share their sympathy.
One supporter commented, “My deepest sympathies to Liema and her family. I’ve seen her pain, though she tries to mask it with laughter. Let’s put aside any disagreements and instead pray for her strength to remain in the house and honour her grandmother’s memory.”
Another comment read, “Condolences to Liema. However, she should consider grieving at home. She’s shown herself to be emotional, and being in that environment at this time might not be wise.” Liema, a 22-year-old student and bartender from King William’s Town in the Eastern Cape, is among the six housemates nominated for possible eviction this week, alongside Lerato Modise, Mich, Pale, PapaGhost, and Yolanda.
