Emtee and Saudi set to share the stage with Gazza at the Namibian Annual Music Awards!

All eyes are fixated on Emtee and Saudi’s performance at the upcoming seventh edition of the Namibia Annual Music Awards (NAMAs).

The duo is expected to give Namibians a taste of what Mzansi is all about when they share the stage with Gazza, a local award-winning rapper.

The awards ceremony held at the Namibian Development Corporation Centre in Walvis Bay on 28 April has a fine list of nominees, with most categories dominated by young musicians.

Since Emtee, Saudi and Gazza are no strangers to each other, the trio is expected to deliver an amplified performance for the track ‘Abangan Bako’, a trap collaboration by Gazza featuring Emtee and Saudi. The song is off his 2016 Pumumu album.

Besides the collab track, Emtee is expected to perform songs such as ‘Roll Up’, ‘Ngeke’ and ‘We Up’ while his countryman Saudi is likely to thrill fans with club hits such as ‘There She Go’ and ‘Ameni’.

The event will be co-hosted by South African TV personality Bonang Matheba as well as Namibian radio and TV personalities Mappz Kapofi and Uejaa Kazondunge.

Voting for the NAMAs public categories is still under way and can be done by sending an SMS to 66262 with the relevant codes, which can be found on the awards’ official website. Voting can also be done online.
