Entertainment SA has learned that SA rapper, actor, writer, composer and record producer, Riky Rick is cancelling all his bookings to focus on his short-term goal which is to fill up Durban’s International Convention,.
Our source at Entertainment SA mentioned that Riky Rick, also known as ‘Boss Zonke’ is no longer taking bookings because after finishing his tour he would be investing all his energy on his #FillUpDurbanICC campaign.
At the first leg of his nationwide tournament called #NextLevelTour, the ‘Nafukwa’ hit maker gave fans a remarkable performance at Eyadini Lounge in Umlaz, KZN on Sunday. With energetic dancing moves and the sounds of songs like Boss Zonke, Amantombazane and Sondela, fans were left with no choice but to dance the whole night till yesterday’s early hours.
‘’ I think I have enough support in the province to fill up the venue. The ICC’s capacity is estimated at 10 000 people. I will announce the date as soon as I finish this tour.’’ He said.
He was supported by DJs such as Oskido, Feel, Siyanda, and Muntu.
Catch Riky’s next ‘’ziggy ziggy’’ Boss Zonke’s next stop in Port Elizabeth at Eyethu Lounge on Sunday and he will be at Buccaneers Lounge in East London on 26 November before completing his tour at Umtata Lounge in Cape Town..
