Elon Musk responds to Kanye West’s ‘half Chinese’ allegation

It doesn’t look like US rapper Kanye West will cease to make controversial statements anytime soon as he took a swipe at Elon Musk.

Kanye Ýe’ West is said to have attacked the businessman and Twitter owner, Elon Musk, saying he is half Chinese – according to The Bias News on Twitter.

In a cool and well-mannered response from the Tesla owner, Musk said he will take that comment or statement as a compliment.

The Yeezy founder, West, alleged that Musk could be “half Chinese” and a “genetic hybrid” but a matured response from the South African-born Musk might have irked the rapper.

The tweet comes as the rapper’s Twitter account was reinstated just two months ago when Musk took over the company.

Prior to that temporary ban, Twitter opted against keeping the account owing to West’s anti-Semitic tweets while the latest action was due to the violation of the platform’s rules.

The social media application tool imposed another suspension last Friday after it deleted his post featuring a Swastika symbol used by the Nazis, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In his response, West said on Instagram tens of Elon Musks were probably made and the Tesla CEO was the “first genetic hybrid that stuck”.

“Am I the only one who thinks Elon could be half-Chinese? Have you ever seen his pics as a child? Take a Chinese genius and mate them with a South African supermodel and we have an Elon,” said West, who had changed his name to Ye.

“I say an Elon because they probably made 10 to 30 Elons and he is the first genetic hybrid that stuck…Well, let’s not forget about Obama.”

One Twitter user could not resist the urge to join the conversation and asked for West to be “fixed”, Musk said he tried his best to do that.

“I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended.” Musk tweeted.
