Babes Wodumo has decided to change her tune of public reps after multiple failures and humiliation from her previous PR Company.
The Wololo hitmaker has joined African Star Communications, which is founded and run by the highly respected PR guru, Farah Fortune.
Babes will remain with West Ink for production purposes, however, African Star will handle all management-related matters.
This comes days after her BET drama, which saw her being unable to secure a US visa to attend the awards.
The visa scandal had Twitter questioning her management and her relationship with Mampintsha.
“NEW CLIENT ALERT! We would like to welcome our new celebrity client @BABESWODUMO,” the company announced on Twitter yesterday.
“Babes has an amazing brand that we have wanted to work with for a while. We are not taking her on to do any kind of damage control, we are simply taking her image to the next level,” African Star’s Justine Abrahams told Drum Magazine.
