Rapper, Tyga is in serious problems with a Los Angeles judge, an arrest warrant was issued against him on Tuesday after he failed to appear at a hearing for a lawsuit filed by his former landlord.
It is reported Tyga was due to appear at the Santa Monica court for failing to settle a $480k bill of back rent and property damage to a Malibu home he had been renting in 2011.
The landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, took him to court in 2012, complaining that Tyga failed to settle a $16k monthly rent payment, and on top of that, skipped out on his lease agreement and left the home in shambles.
Among the other complaints, Rezai also mentioned ‘’lack of respect’’ from the Grammy-nominated California rapper who is alleged to have installed a dance pole in the middle of the master bedroom without permission.
Tyga, who has been dating Kylie Jenner, blames poverty and being broke as his major reasons for failing to pay the settlement ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Nancy Newman.
He was scheduled to be questioned under oath about his finances.
