South African singer/producer, Sun-El Musician has revealed that he is currently working on a piece with well-known producer Swizz Beatz and legendary singer, Alicia Keys.
The Akanamali hit-maker whose real name is Sanele Sithole couldn’t contain his excitement when he shared the news on social media last week.
“It still feels a bit unreal, but it happened! In studio with @aliciakeys @therealswizzz,” he posted on his Instagram and Facebook pages.
Sun-El has enjoyed an insane amount of popularity and sudden rise to fame since his single Akanamali dropped at the end of last year.
The single has not only enjoyed a high radio rotation, it was also one of Mzansi’s December soundtracks in 2017, and has been featured on a number of television and radio commercials.
The singer has not revealed any details about his collaboration with Swizz and Alicia but we are expecting it to be a hit.
Swizz has been somewhat obsessed with Mzansi music since he visited the country last month for the Bacardi Holiday Club.
The producer and rapper has posted numerous videos of himself listening to Mzansi house and he and his son have a particular obsession with Akanamali, which is probably how the collaboration came about.
